Once we've created your custom logo, we'll send you a preview via email. We kindly ask for your approval before we print to make sure you absolutely love it. If we don't hear back within a week, we'll assume you're thrilled with the design and proceed with sending your items.
NOTE: We cannot offer a refund once we have created your custom logo.

What pictures work best?
To bring out the true charm of your pet, we recommend sharing a clear, close-up photo with ample lighting. Avoid photos that are too far away or blurry, as it will make it difficult to translate into a logo of your furry friend.
No worries about removing the background of the photo – leave that to us! We'll take care of all the details to create the perfect Petly Print for you.
What if I'm not satisfied with the proof?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Petly Print! Our team will collaborate with you to make sure you're happy with your logo. In the rare event that we're unable to reach a design you love, we'll gladly issue you a refund.
Please keep in mind that once your design enters production, we're unable to offer refunds or accept returns. We want to make sure you have all the information upfront so you can confidently proceed with your order.

When will my order ship?
Once you have approved your design, your order will ship in about a week. NOTE: During the holidays shipping may take up to 2-3 weeks to ship due to influx of orders. As soon as we receive your order, we'll send you an email with an estimated delivery time.
